Be the spark - please give us your ideas for a
new meeting or two - it's a simple process, with no commitment on
your part, and if enough scientists in the field are interested in
participating then
we will make it happen: 1 - Choose a
Field for a Meeting.
2 - Choose a Location for the Meeting (see
existing Host Destination Options).
3 - Choose a Date - or a number or range of
Dates for the Meeting - not less than 12 months and not more than 18
months from today's date.
4 -
Email us the Proposed Field, Destination and Dates.
5 - We review your suggestion - and once
approved, list it as a proposed
meeting.
6 - The next 8 to 12 months are
sign-up time, reserved for
interested individuals to make inquiries and express their
preliminary interest in the meeting. At this point all
interest is non-committal - signed-up 'Prospective Participants' are
free to change their minds and at any point.
7 - Once a pre-determined minimum, a 'Critical
Mass', of signed-up Prospective Participants is achieved, we confirm
that interest and subsequently change the status of the meeting from
'Proposed' to 'Confirmed' - at this point it is placed on the
Meeting Calendar.
