Please DO complete this form only  if you are serious about being registered to participate in a  meeting.  If you complete this form and have no intention of participating in a meeting you are simply wasting our time as well as your own!!  We appeal to you to please not submit this form unless you are committed to participating.

Please DO NOT submit this form if you have no chance of obtaining the funding that will allow you to travel to participate. 

Also, please DO NOT submit this form if you are relying on  or anticipating sponsorship from the organizer to fund your participation (travel, accommodation, daily expenses, etc.) - since it is unlikely to be available to you at this point in time.  Should any funding be available to prospective participants of the meeting that interests you, it will be allocated solely at the organizer's discretion.  All requests to the organizer for sponsorship will automatically be denied, with your registration put on hold (assuming financial reliance on the organizer) - not asking for sponsorship is in fact a better way to obtain it!  If we are in a position to help you, we will let you know.  In the meantime, however, we strongly recommend that you use your initiative to the full and do your utmost to obtain your own funding, either from your home institution or by applying for grants from one or more funding agencies or foundations.
