Registration Opens FAQs about Registration	Registration for meetings opens from the time that the respective Meeting Home Page is uploaded to the internet. Feel free to register from this point on.

Call for Abstracts FAQs about Abstracts	Open now - and open at all times until your meeting reaches full capacity. Please submit your abstract(s) according to the stated registration procedure. Firstly complete and submit the online registration form. Secondly please submit your abstract as soon as you are able after submission of the form, preferably within a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Note - please DO NOT submit abstracts before submitting your online registration form.

Abstract Submission Deadline FAQs about Abstracts	There is no strict abstract submission deadline. Please simply submit your abstract as soon as possible after the submission of your online registration form, in accordance with the stated registration procedure.

Cancellation - Last Day for a Full Refund FAQs about Cancellation	Greater than 10 weeks (71 days or more) before the Start Date of your meeting. (Full Refund, less 25 euro service charge and any bank charges incurred.)

Cancellation - Last Day for a 50% Refund FAQs about Cancellation	Between 6 and 10 weeks (42 to 70 days) before the Start Date of your meeting. (50% Refund, less 25 euro service charge any bank charges incurred.)

Last Day that the Organizer can Directly Assist Participants in Obtaining Entry Visas for Senegal. FAQs about Visas	5 weeks (35 days) before the Start Date of the meeting. Letters of Invitations will be issued after this date, but direct applications by the organizer will not be made on your behalf.

Registration Deadline FAQs about Registration	There is no strict deadline by which you must register, but we ask that you please sign up to participate at the earliest possible time. (If need be you can easily cancel at a later date.) Once a meeting nears capacity either a limited registration procedure will be enacted or registration will close.
