the time that the respective
Meeting Home Page
is uploaded to the internet. Feel free to
register from this point
on.
Open now - and open
at all times until your meeting reaches full capacity.
Please submit your abstract(s)
according to the stated
registration procedure.
Firstly complete and submit the online registration
form.
Secondly please submit your abstract as soon as you are
able after submission of the form, preferably within a
period of 2 to 3 weeks.
Note - please DO NOT submit
abstracts before submitting your online registration
form.
There is no
strict abstract submission deadline. Please
simply submit your abstract as soon as possible after
the submission of your online registration form, in
accordance with the stated
registration procedure.
There is no
strict deadline by which you must register, but we ask that you please sign up to
participate at the earliest possible time. (If
need be you can easily cancel at a later date.)
Once a meeting nears capacity either a limited
registration procedure will be enacted or registration
will close.
